​Are there really ZERO up-front costs?
That's right. Rather than paying for the website to be built, you'll select a monthly subscription fee based on a 12 month agreement. The personal monthly website management you'll get from us makes the subscription worth it on it's own. ​
​What if I cancel my subscription?
You guessed it - there's an Agreement Termination Fee if for any reason you choose to cancel your subscription prior to the 12 months. That's just good business, and is no different from what you're used to with your mobile device or internet service.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Because our business model is subscription based and our customers pay ZERO up-front for the website, the website remains the perpetual property of BuildIt | Branding. This affords us a few advantages:
  1. We manage all of the sites we build under the same server/account, which streamlines our processes and gets you faster results when you need changes made.
  2. We can more quickly and easily take care of the monthly hosting & annual domain name registration services.
  3. If a customer who paid ZERO for the website up-front suddenly stops making payments, we reserve the ability to temporarily disable the website until payment has been made. Don't worry, this will never happen without plenty of notice and multiple attempts to collect payment.
​After the initial 12 month period, you'll be able to again select from various monthly subscriptions, which will then start as low as $50/mo.
